Heavenly Father, I come before you with gratitude for the authorities you have placed in my workplace. I lift up [name of the authority figure or figures] to your throne of grace, asking for your abundant blessings to be poured out upon them.
Lord, grant [name of the authority figure or figures] wisdom in their decision-making, discernment in their leadership, and a heart filled with compassion for those they oversee. May they be guided by your principles of justice, integrity, and humility.
I pray for strength and perseverance for [name of the authority figure or figures] as they navigate the responsibilities and challenges of their role. Grant them the ability to lead with grace and humility, acknowledging their dependence on you for wisdom and guidance.
May your peace rest upon [name of the authority figure or figures], calming any stress or anxiety they may face. Let your favor surround them in their interactions with colleagues and superiors.
Lord, I also ask for unity and cooperation within our workplace. May [name of the authority figure or figures] foster an environment of teamwork and mutual respect. Bless the efforts of our team and let the work we do bring glory to your name.
